As a division of Colorado Doorways, Inc., Doorway Solutions works exclusively with end user and wholesale customers. This market requires a different level of expertise and service capability and Doorway Solutions® was created with that in mind. Now, taking that even further, we have spun off the Doorways Solutions portion of our web site to its own space with content tailored to their customers. Take a look!

LEED is a term that many of our customers are becoming and more and more familiar with. The LEED Green Building Rating System is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. Members of the U.S. Green Building Council representing all segments of the building industry developed LEED and continue to contribute to its evolution.

HES, Inc. Introduces the RF5010 Hybrid Electric Strike
HES, Inc., an ASSA ABLOY Group company, announces the launch of the RF5010 hybrid electric strike, the first-ever electric strike with an integrated Proximity card reader. Combining the access control of an HID® Prox reader with the physical security of a Grade 1 electric strike, the RF5010 series offers installers and end-users faster installations and greater security.
Available in internal and external antenna versions, this 12VDC reader/strike combination enables installers to pull wires to a single location, rather than cutting both wall and frame. Developed to work with any Wiegand-compatible access control system, the RF5010 hybrid electric strike also provides latchbolt and door position supervision as part of the standard model. Non-handed and reversible, the unit is available with faceplate options for a variety of cylindrical locks, for superior access control with convenience and flexibility.
